HISTORY
The Québec Commercial Certification Office will continue to offer the same products and services given to our certified business wich were offered by the Québec Better Business Office , Inc. since 1928 in Quebec. The QCCO will continue to play a very important role in the future in certification, concilliation, mediation and arbitration.
Throughout the years, the Québec Commercial Certification Office has played a key role as an intermediary between consumers and commercial businesses. The main principle of the QCCO will continue to encourage self-regulation within the marketplace, while respecting the charter of the French language : Bill 101.
